Butter
Olive Oil
Chicken Stock - about 1 litre.
Melt the butter
Add the leek
Stir, toss, coat in buttery goodness...
Add the chicken
Keep stirring...
When the chicken is cooked...
Arborio Rice
Drain the butter/oil
Add the rice
More stirring
Ladle in the stock
Keep adding more stock
Stir!
Check your veggies
Taste test
Water
Mush up the veggies
Parmesan Cheese
Add the cheese to the risotto
Add the rest of the ingredients
Stir well.
Dish up!
