Biography
Ten Things About Me
1. Happily married since 1996 to PJ. We met in high school. For our first date, his mother drove us to the movies and we saw Teen Wolf 2.
2. We have two kids – Madeleine and Ella. Also known as Mads and Ella Bella Cinderella Silly-Billy Mozzarella. They are nine and seven. I actually wanted boys but I’ve learned to live with them.
3. I work in Human Resources but it’s not what I want to be when I grow up.
4. I am 36 years old.
5. I write better when I’m wearing my Yankees cap. (I’m not wearing it right now).
6. I worked as a barista for just long enough to turn me into a pain in the arse coffee snob. Flat whites don’t have froth, goddammit, please make me another one.
7. I am 5ft 8 ¾ but after a pilates class I’m 5ft 9 ½
8. When I was working in a hotel in Sydney, George Harrison invited me up to his room after my shift. I said no thanks (my mother in law still can’t believe I turned him down).
9. If I could, I’d live in New York City. Just for a year or two.
10. I’m happiest when I’m cooking for hungry friends.
